Chetna Ojha

Chetna Ojha is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent development, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion. Currently serving as HRBP for R&D (Tech) and G&A (Finance, Ops) at Rippling since March 2025, Chetna previously held roles at CRED focusing on Talent & Culture, and at Flipkart, where the end-to-end people strategy for a large team was designed and implemented. Chetna's earlier experience includes leading Employee Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion, and Learning & Development at ITC Limited, as well as undertaking a fieldwork internship at Hindustan Unilever. Chetna holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor's Degree in History from Kirori Mal College, University of Delhi.
