Gwen Brinsmead

Gwen Brinsmead is an experienced design leader currently serving as Head of Design for Benefits at Rippling since August 2024. Previously, Brinsmead held the role of Head Of Product & Design at Savvy Wealth from December 2021 to August 2024. At Brex, from November 2019 to December 2021, Brinsmead worked as Design Manager & Group Lead for Empower and held design lead positions for Bill Pay and Cash. As Lead Product Designer at Disqus from April 2016 to July 2018, Brinsmead contributed to product design practices and team development. Additional roles include Director of Community at Interact, Design Advisor at CodePath, Lead Product Designer and Product Designer at AppMesh, Interaction Designer at CircuitHub, Jr. UI/UX Designer at Appcelerator, and Design Instructor for various organizations.
