Meghan Marshall

Meghan Marshall has extensive work experience in legal and compliance operations. Meghan is currently the Head of Legal and Compliance Operations at Rippling since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Roofstock from 2017 to 2022, holding positions such as Director of Legal Operations and Compliance, Director of Operations Solutions, and Operations Solutions Manager. At Roofstock, they managed legal team issues, implemented systems for compliance and policy management, and oversaw diligence for financing and equity projects.

Before Roofstock, Meghan worked at Zenefits from 2014 to 2017, where they were Director of Product Compliance, Director of Product Operations - Legal Templates & Compliance Products, Product Operations Manager, and User Operations Analyst. At Zenefits, they handled compliance concerns, managed product operations, and developed customer support processes and ticketing systems.

Meghan also worked as a Legal Operations staff at Tech for Campaigns from 2017 to 2018 and as an Environmental, Health and Safety Consultant at Natlikan Sustainability from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they held various legal positions, including Paralegal at Johnston Law Office and Law Clerk at Law Offices of Watkins & Cherneff.

Subsequently, they enrolled at UCL in 2010, where they completed their LL.M. degree in Environmental Law and Policy in 2011.
