Riley Doyle

Riley Doyle is a dedicated sourcer currently employed at Rippling since September 2025, focusing on workforce management solutions. Prior experience includes a role in GTM Recruiting at Headway, contributing to the development of a new mental healthcare system, and serving as a recruiter/sourcer at FanDuel, managing the recruitment process for diverse positions. At Tubi, Riley transitioned from technical recruiting to business recruiting, supporting multiple departments within the organization. Additional positions include a full-cycle recruiter at Sendbird, relationship manager at Talener, and specialist at Apple, where strong customer rapport and cross-functional collaboration were key. Riley holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from San Francisco State University and has completed improv training at Upright Citizens Brigade.
