Stefanie San Juan is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in managing various aspects of human resources across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Manager of Global HR Advising at Rippling since August 2022, Stefanie has developed policies on leave management, performance management, and terminations specifically for Canadian hires, while also supporting clients throughout the employee lifecycle. Prior roles include HR Manager for North America at Bally's Interactive and Human Resources Business Partner at Willis Towers Watson, where Stefanie partnered with senior leaders and managed employee relations.
