Christopher Fabia is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in HR operations, compliance, and benefits administration. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at RIS Rx since April 2023, Christopher previously held various HR roles, including Human Resources Manager and Business Consultant at Living Well Home Care, HR Operations Manager at REVOLVE, and HRIS/Payroll Implementation Specialist at J.D. Power, among others. Christopher's expertise spans payroll management, employee relations, HRIS implementation, and strategic consulting, with a proven track record of enhancing HR systems and processes. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State Polytechnic University and a certificate in Human Resources Management from California State University, Long Beach.
