Jason Liljestrom

Jason Liljestrom is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and governance. Currently serving as General Counsel at RIS Rx since October 2025, Jason previously held the role of General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at ImmunityBio, Inc. from April 2021 to October 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing the legal function during a crucial transition from clinical to commercial operations. Prior to that, Jason served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at William Lyon Homes from October 2013 to February 2020, significantly contributing to the company’s growth prior to its acquisition. Jason's legal career began at Latham & Watkins, where responsibilities included advising public and private clients on mergers and acquisitions and securities matters. Jason holds a JD from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, and a BA in Political Economy from Princeton University.
