Ophir Fux

Ophir Fux is an experienced technology executive with a robust background in research and development and operational leadership. Currently serving as VP R&D at RISCO Group since November 2025, Ophir previously held the position of VP R&D & Operations at Ripples, where strategic innovation and operations were key responsibilities. Before that, at RAD, Ophir directed the Critical Infrastructure Division, managing product management, R&D, and business development across various sectors. Earlier roles included managing a large global R&D organization and leading multidisciplinary teams at Corrigent Systems, where extensive expertise in real-time software development was cultivated. Ophir began a career in the Israel Defense Forces as a Software Engineer and holds an MBA in Marketing from Bar-Ilan University, completed in 2018.
