Mpumelelo Ayanda Shange is currently working as a Private Equity Analyst at RisCura. Prior to this, they held positions such as Operations Consultant at Allan Gray Proprietary Limited and Corporate Banking Intern at Citi. Mpumelelo Ayanda Shange was also selected as one of the Top 100 Global Leaders by SABF and participated in the Rand Merchant Bank Winter School Programme. They hold a Bachelor of Business Science in Finance and Economics from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
