Dan Ungureanu

Dan Ungureanu has extensive work experience in software development. Dan started their career in 2006 as a Software Engineer at NXP, a company that later acquired Freescale Semiconductor. Dan worked at NXP for ten years until 2016. Following that, they joined Riscure in 2016 as a Lean Software Developer for a few months before transitioning to the role of Senior Software Developer from January 2017 to August 2021. Currently, Dan holds the position of Principal Software Developer at Riscure, starting from September 2021.

Dan Ungureanu completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Computer Science from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest in 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's (BS) and Master's (MS) degree from the same institution in the Faculty of Automatic Control and Computers, graduating between 1999 and 2004.
