Karolina Mrozek

Karolina Mrozek has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

Karolina began their career as an HR Specialist Intern at Stokrotka Sp. z o.o. in August 2013, where they gained valuable experience in human resources management.

In 2014, Karolina worked as Support Staff at Camp Leaders, where they demonstrated their strong communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

The following year, they volunteered at the Neuropsychiatric Hospital Lublin, showcasing their dedication to helping others and making a positive impact in the community.

In 2015, Karolina took on an Internship role at the Career Counseling Center, where they further developed their professional skills and gained insights into career development and counseling.

Since October 2016, they have been working at Riscure, initially as Training Academy and Support, where they showcased their ability to effectively train and support others. Later, they transitioned to the Training Academy Delivery and Design Coordinator role in February 2018, demonstrating their organizational and coordination skills. Currently, they hold the position of Project Manager, highlighting their ability to manage projects and lead teams effectively.

Karolina Mrozek earned their Master's degree in Psychology, specifically Business Psychology, from Katolicki Uniwersytet Lubelski Jana Pawła II, where they studied from 2011 to 2016. In 2015, they briefly attended Radboud University, focusing on Business Administration and Management as well as Psychology. Additionally, Karolina Mrozek obtained a Vocational Competence Certificate in Coaching from VCC in August 2016.
