James Brock is a seasoned professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a RisD Museum Guard since December 2021, James previously worked for Verizon as a Fiber Customer Support Analyst from September 1996 to October 2021, where responsibilities included multi-tasking in customer interactions and record management. A background in restaurant management was established with Omni Hotels Management Corporation, particularly at the historic Omni Parker House Hotel, where James held multiple positions over thirteen years, culminating in a role at the corporate office. Early career experience includes working as a Prisoner’s Elevator Operator for the Suffolk County Courthouse Commission. Academically, James holds an MBA in International Business from Suffolk University, along with certifications in networking and web design from Brandman University and Boston University, respectively, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Emmanuel College.
