Tom Reiss

Tom Reiss has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tom is currently serving as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Rise.ai since 2022. Prior to this, from 2019 to 2022, they were the Co-Founder & CEO of Roby.ai, a British subsidiary of Iagree Ltd, where they focused on advanced automation and analysis tools for property companies.

Before their role at Roby.ai, Tom was again a Co-Founder & CEO, this time at iagree, from 2017 to 2020. With iagree, they built a company that automated tenants' onboarding processes and insured rent payments. Tom was responsible for managing operations, including sales, legal, finance, HR, marketing, and business development.

Tom also has eight years of experience in the Israeli Air Force (IAF) where they served as a Major in various management roles from 2007 to 2015. Tom'sresponsibilities included training and professional development of aircrews, managing personnel, and ensuring the safety and proper functioning of aircraft.

Overall, Tom Reiss has a strong background in leadership, strategy, and building successful companies, both in the technology and defense sectors.

Tom Reiss obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, where they studied from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at The Hebrew Reali School from 2000 to 2004, focusing on Mathematics and Computer Science. Later, they pursued higher education at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, earning a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from 2016 to 2017.
