Ed Bennett is an accomplished design professional currently serving as the Executive Design Director at Rise and Shine and Partners since September 2024. Previously, Ed founded and held the position of Executive Vice President at 10 Thousand Design from August 2016 to August 2024, leading a team of over 50 specialists in creating compelling design systems and brand experiences. Ed also worked as Executive Vice President of Design at Colle McVoy, contributing to design-centric projects and advising clients on integrating design into marketing strategies. Additionally, Ed served as an instructor at Miami Ad School from 2001 to 2006, teaching courses in Graphic Design, Typography, Layout, and Brainstorming. Ed holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Graphic Design and Fine Art from South Dakota State University and has completed Executive Education at Yale School of Management.
