We help brands become more discoverable online, looking at 5 key types of search - onsite, ecomm, SERPs(Google, Bing etc), social search (TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube) and dark search (Reddit, Giphy).

We use creative strategies to get to the audience wherever they search. We have a unique proposition, looking at all channels and more in understanding the consumer search and buying process - putting strategies together to drive and facilitate these channels. You must have an obsessive understanding of the consumer, and a commercial ability to capture useful data and insights to tell stories to clients.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • At least 2 years of experience in an SEO-specific role, preferably agency side

  • Solid understanding of technical, on page, off-page & content SEO tactics

  • Experience in off-site functional link building would be preferred but not a must

  • Good ability to analyse SEO organic performance and report to clients - providing key search insights

  • Strong knowledge of Google apps (Slides, Sheets, Docs, Drives etc)

  • Business writing skills and ability to produce high-quality reports

  • Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, and take ownership of time

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Executing defined SEO strategy-derived technical and content analysis.

  • Being assigned to dedicated accounts, developing and owning workflows, as well as supporting ad hoc requests.

  • Working with the SEO & Strategy teams on a variety of clients looking at SEO performance and providing ROI.

  • Able to identify digital audiences vs defined audiences and incorporate insights into wider SEO and search strategies.

  • Internal linking audits and recommendations

  • Offsite link building, functional and technical links, broken link fixes and outreach

  • Producing relevant keyword research aligned to business objectives and incorporating audience insights, and any other information provided by the client.

  • Working with the content team to complete opportunity/ content gap analysis in order to identify strategic opportunities for clients.

  • Conducting content audits in collaboration with the content teams.

  • Conducting technical SEO audits on client websites.

  • Support with on-page optimisations and/ or creation and linking this with technical and off-page (Digital PR, content marketing etc.) efforts.

  • Familiar with the use of SEO tools in order to pull data for analysis such as GA4, Google Search Console, AHREFs, Sistrix,, Screaming Frog and more.

  • Supporting SEO leads on client communications (emails, calls, meetings, etc.)

  • Preparing and delivering weekly status updates and monthly client reports (frequency is client dependent).

  • Contributing to Quarterly Business Review decks and confidently presenting them to clients, and clearly outlining activity, how this has influenced performance and next steps.

  • Collaborate with our Client Services and Sales teams to ensure strategic direction is executed effectively and growing accounts based on revenue targets.

  • Keep Risers and clients up-to-date with the latest industry trends and changes along with best practices.

  • Ensuring both team and project deadlines are always met.
