Brett Stephens

Brett Stephens has a diverse work experience starting from their role as a Church Representative for the LDS Church from 2000 to 2002. Following this, they worked at H.C. Brill as a Production Operator, where they excelled in their job tasks and trained other employees on procedures and equipment use. In 2005, they joined CSM Bakery Solutions and held various positions such as Production Lead, Production Supervisor, Operations Team Coordinator, Expeditor, Shift Manager, and Production Manager. During their time at CSM, they demonstrated leadership skills, spearheaded procedure improvements, and managed inventory control processes. In 2017, Stephens joined Rise Baking Company as a Plant Manager and later transitioned to the position of Director of Warehouse in 2023. Throughout their career, Stephens has consistently showcased their expertise in the bakery industry and proven their ability to drive continuous improvements.

Brett Stephens earned an Associate of Science degree in General Studies from Weber State University in 2008.
