Cristy Heintz has a diverse range of work experience. Cristy started their career in 2002 at Bean Bag Coffee House as an Assistant Manager and Barista, where they worked until 2009. In 2009, they joined Neo Electrical Solutions, LLC as a Staff Accountant and later became the Assistant Controller/HR/Safety. Cristy worked there until 2016 when they moved on to Rise Baking Company. At Rise Baking Company, they held various roles, including Payroll Manager, Senior Manager of Human Resources and Administration, and currently serves as the Director of Payroll and Administration since June 2022.
