Chris Knecht

Chris Knecht is an accomplished training and development professional with a progressive career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Manager of Training & Development for Rise Brands since January 2019, Chris evaluates training needs and develops comprehensive learning strategies. Previously, Chris held the position of Training Material Development Coordinator at Abercrombie & Fitch, where responsibilities included creating web-based training resources to enhance customer service agents' skills. Earlier roles include Lead Bartender at Nicola Restaurant & Bar, Instructional Designer at Accenture, and Content Developer at KMI Learning, focusing on e-Learning course design for business professionals. Additional experience includes internships at Navigator Management Partners and the Ohio Secretary of State. Chris holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Organization & Human Resources from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School.
