Adrian Cleave

Adrian Cleave is an accomplished entrepreneur and design leader with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Rise Capital since 2014, Adrian supports expansion-stage investments in Internet businesses within Emerging Markets. Notable previous roles include Head of Design for Growth & Traffic and Infrastructure at Airbnb, where Adrian led critical design initiatives and established the DesignOps group. Additionally, Adrian has contributed as an advisor to multiple companies, including MarcoPolo Learning, IROKO Partners Limited, and InsideWarehouse. As Vice President of Product Design at Say Media, Adrian oversaw product design and experience, building and leading a distributed design team. Adrian co-founded Sideshow, a boutique digital agency, and Cypria.com, Cyprus' first web portal, showcasing a strong foundation in product design and digital innovation.
