RISE CYCLE
RISE CYCLE is a 50-minute beat-driven, full-body indoor cycling/spin workout inspired by purposefully curated music and playlists. In each class, your heart will race, muscles will lengthen and strengthen, and most importantly you will feel exhilarated and invigorated. Each class is led by motivating instructors that will challenge and inspire you in their own unique way. At RISE CYCLE, we believe mental well-being is just as important as the physical. Our goal is to curate innovative spin programs to create fun yet challenging classes while fostering an inclusive space in which riders can sweat, connect, and overcome together through the power of music and community.
