Dr. Karen Hans

Dr. Karen Hans is the Executive Director of Clinical Services at Rise Services Inc., specializing in early intervention in Florida since November 2021. As the owner of ABA EVERYDAY since March 2018, Dr. Hans has successfully expanded the business from one to ten employees, providing ABA services for early learners in various settings while managing recruitment, training, and patient care. Previous roles include Clinical Supervisor at Florida Autism Center and Behavior Analyst at Positive Behavior Supports Corp., alongside experience in consulting and education. Dr. Hans holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology for Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities from the University of Kent, a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Ohio State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Exceptional Student Education from the University of Central Florida.
