Lynn Bowers worked in the banking industry for 30 years, including branch management, customer banking relationships, commercial lending, and commercial loan audit. For the last 10 years of her career, as a department manager, she and her team assisted over 250 nonprofit organizations with loans, tax-exempt bonds, and cash management. Based on her knowledge of nonprofits and their banking requirements, she has been a speaker, participant, and consultant for many nonprofit events and seminars. After leaving banking she was the Managing Director of an arts organization for 3 years, managing the staff and working closely with board members, donors, corporate sponsors, and audiences. She is now retired and continues working with nonprofit organizations on a volunteer basis.
