Duane Ingram

Duane Ingram has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Duane currently holds the position of VP of Community Affairs & Head of Circle City Leaders Program at RISE INDY, a company they joined in 2022. Prior to that, Duane served as the Director of Real Estate Asset Management at Partners In Housing Development Corporation from 2021 to 2022. From 2016 to 2021, they were the President of the Citizens Police Complaint Board. Before that, Duane worked as the Chief Operating Officer at SFI Risk Services from 2019 to 2021. Duane was also the Campaign Manager for Kenneth Allen for IPS School Board At Large in 2020. In 2017, Duane held the position of Director of Real Estate Management at the Indianapolis Housing Agency. From 2013 to 2016, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Mapleton Fall Creek Dev. Corp. Additionally, Duane worked as the Program Director at King Park Area Dev. Corp. from 2009 to 2013. Duane was a member of 100 Black Men of America from 2008 to 2013 and served as the Land Bank Manager at the City of Indianapolis from 2007 to 2009.

Duane Ingram pursued higher education at Indiana University Bloomington, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration. Duane attended the university from 2002 to 2006. Later, from 2011 to 2013, Duane enrolled at the University of Phoenix, where they earned a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree with a focus on Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management.
