Todd Sauvola

Todd Sauvola has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Todd currently holds the position of Director Talent Acquisition at Rise Interactive since May 2021, where they are responsible for overseeing talent acquisition strategies. Prior to that, they served as the Talent Acquisition Lead at Rise Interactive from February 2019 to May 2021.

Before joining Rise Interactive, Todd worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Rewards Network from April 2015 to December 2018, where they were responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates. Todd also worked as an Enrollment Specialist at National-Louis University from October 2011 to April 2015, where they led recruitment efforts for corporate and special accounts.

Todd has also held previous roles such as Executive Recruiter at Smith Hanley Associates from August 2011 to October 2011, and as an Admissions Advisor at DeVry University from July 2009 to June 2011. Todd started their career at The Jacobson Group, where they held various positions including Business Operations & Consultant Marketing Manager, Lead Client Service Manager, and Recruiter.

Prior to their career in talent acquisition and recruitment, Todd gained valuable experience in store management through positions at Kohl's Department Stores, including Store Management Trainee from February 2006 to June 2006, and Store Management Internship from May 2005 to August 2005.

Todd Sauvola has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Retailing and Business Administration from Michigan State University. Todd also holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Human Resource Management and Development from National Louis University.
