Stephani Sundry is an experienced General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer with over 10 years of experience in the legal industry. In 2019, they began their current role as General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer for Rise Modular, LLC and its affiliated companies, including Rise Construction Services, LLC and Rise Development Services, LLC. Prior to this, they were the General Counsel for Nolan Properties Group from 2018 to 2019 and for Milk Specialties Global from 2012 to 2018. From 2009 to 2012, they were the General Counsel for Coborn's, Inc. In these roles, they have established in-house legal departments, managed all legal matters, drafted and negotiated commercial real estate contracts, and provided strategic direction and legal guidance.
Stephani Sundry received their Juris Doctorate from William Mitchell College of Law in 1994, and their BA in Economics from Hamline University in 1991.
