Mike Harper

Mike Harper is the Director of Programs & Services, Central Minnesota at Rise. Mike began their career as a Placement Specialist at Minnesota Milestones from June 1994 to May 1998. Mike then became the Unit Service Team Leader at Sheriff's Youth Programs, Isanti Boys Ranch from March 1989 to June 1994.

Their manager is Tim Dickie, Chief Program Officer. They work with and Judy Andersen - Director of Adult Day Programs.
