Kristy Anderson

As Property Controller, Kristy Anderson oversees the global accounting teams for the organization. Her tenure with RISE spans more than 23 years. Her leadership focuses on the accounting for the property management and construction divisions within the company. She works closely with these senior executives, focused on the accounting processes, finalizing budgets, driving financial performance, and managing cash flow. Additionally, Kristy supervises new property setup and dispositions for the management company. She is engaged with all aspects of operational improvements and optimizing efficiencies within the RISE organization.
