Mpac Octavia Lowe

Octavia Lowe, MPAC, currently serves as Senior Project Accountant at RISE Residential, having previously held the position of Property Accounting Manager at Wehner Multifamily. With a strong background in property accounting management, Octavia supervised a team of accountants and was responsible for managing the full-cycle accounting for over 150 multi-family properties. Experience includes financial statement analysis, development of cash management tools, and enhancement of month-end close processes across multiple organizations. Prior roles include significant contributions at Invitation Homes and Austin Industries, where Octavia implemented internal controls, performed reconciliations, and trained staff to ensure financial accuracy. Octavia holds a Master's degree in Professional Accountancy and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Stephen F. Austin State University.
