Carlo Viray has extensive experience in various roles related to customer and employee experience, product management, and IT project management. Carlo currently holds the position of Director of Customer and Employee Experience at Rise8, where they are dedicated to providing employees with an exceptional work experience to enhance customer satisfaction. Previously, they served as the Director of Product at Kobayashi Maru, leading a large DevSecOps organization in delivering software to space operators worldwide. Prior to that, they worked at Kessel Run as a Product Management Lead, focusing on coaching and enabling product managers while emphasizing lean start-up principles and agile software development practices. Their professional journey began in the United States Air Force, where they served as an IT Project Manager. Overall, Carlo Viray has gained valuable expertise in managing teams, developing products, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences through their work in various organizations.

Carlo Viray pursued their education at various institutions. Carlo obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Boston College in the years 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2015, they attended UCLA where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Materials Science and Engineering.
