Karsin Williard

Karsin Williard currently serves as a Housing Staff Attorney at RiseBoro Community Partnership, focusing on Eviction Diversion and the Right to Counsel Program since November 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Housing Attorney at Northern Manhattan Improvement Corporation from March 2022 to December 2023 and serving as a Pro Bono Staff Attorney for the North Carolina Bar Foundation from August 2021 to March 2022. Karsin Williard also interned with Legal Aid of North Carolina's housing team and held various legal positions, including a legal intern role at the North Carolina Equal Access to Justice Commission and a student assistant position at the University of North Carolina School of Law's law library. Educational qualifications consist of a Juris Doctor degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law obtained in 2021 and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from North Carolina State University with a concentration in Law and Justice Theory and a minor in Criminology.
