Will Hales

Will Hales is a seasoned consultant and advisor with extensive experience in corporate and business development, particularly in the fields of national security, dual-use innovation, and advanced technology investments. Currently serving as a consultant at RiseImpact Capital, LLC and managing director at Market Cross LLC, Will Hales has held significant roles with various organizations, including community ambassador for the US Navy in Louisiana and advisor to multiple tech companies, such as TMTP Labs, Unknown Cyber Inc, and Hometree Data. Previous experience includes a tenure as principal at Robertson Capital and senior vice president at IBERIABANK. Will Hales holds an AB in History and Government from Bowdoin College, an MBA from Tulane University, and has also studied at the University of St Andrews.
