Hanan Rubin

Hanan Rubin is a prominent leader in the impact technology and community development sectors, currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of ImpactNation since October 2017. In addition to this role, Hanan co-founded riseup in July 2017 and holds multiple board positions, including with The Israel Museum and Moriah Jerusalem Development. Hanan has been Vice Chairman of Wake Up Jerusalem since May 2008 and serves on the board of the Derech Eretz Program. As the Founder and Chairman of Pass The Hat since January 2007, Hanan has significantly contributed to nonprofit initiatives. Previously, Hanan was a Jerusalem City Council Member from October 2013 to October 2017, focusing on youth and family issues. Early career experience includes Vice Director General of The Harry O. Triguboff Israel Foundation and Senior Consultant for Prof. Benny Ish-Shalom. Hanan holds a Master’s degree in Jewish Education from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
