Hila Shwartszorgen has worked in the finance industry since 1997, starting as a Bookkeeper at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In 2005, they moved to the position of Budget Manager at the same organization, where they managed the ministry budget of 1.4 billion NIS and represented Israel in the Annual Budget and Administration Committee at the United Nations in New York. In 2008, they became the Budget and Control Manager at Alvarion Ltd., managing the Sales, Operation and IT divisions budget, as well as sales commissions. In 2011, they moved to Osem Nestle Professional as Finance Manager, where they consolidated economic, financial and accounting strategies and managed the division budget and cash flow, with a financial turnover of over 500 million NIS. From 2017 to 2021, they were self-employed as a Manager. In 2021, they joined Masterschool as Head of Finance and Operations, and in 2022 they were appointed VP Finance at RiseUp.
Hila Shwartszorgen completed a BÀ in Business and Economics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem between 2000 and 2003, followed by an MBA from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev between 2007 and 2008. In 2015, they completed a Risk Management course at The College of Management Academic Studies, and in 2018 they completed a Directors course at Bar-Ilan University.
