Omer Keydar, Adv.

Omer Keydar, Adv. has a diverse and extensive work experience in the legal field. Omer is currently serving as the Chief of Staff at RiseUp since November 2022. Prior to this role, they worked at Barnea Jaffa Lande as a Senior Associate from February 2017 to June 2022. At Barnea Jaffa Lande, they managed various cases in the domains of eCommerce, commercial real estate, and biotech, including those involving Nasdaq-traded companies. Omer also provided legal support for significant Supreme Court appeals, which resulted in one of the country's leading TV broadcast channels winning a public 10-year tender worth 250M NIS.

Before joining Barnea Jaffa Lande, Omer worked as a Legal Associate at Nir Cohen, Leshem, Ben-Artzi & Co. from January 2015 to January 2017. During this time, they represented eight leading entities in high-stakes cases involving commercial, corporate, securities, banking, and competition law. Omer successfully minimized financial dues for these companies and their officers associated with judgments that previously ruled against them.

Omer's work experience also includes a position as a Legal Intern at Goldfarb Seligman from September 2013 to September 2014. Additionally, they worked as a Researcher, Reporter, and Editor at keshet tv from November 2007 to September 2013, and as the Chief Content Editor at Reichman University (IDC Herzliya) from January 2010 to August 2013. These early roles provided him with valuable skills in research, reporting, and editing.

Omer Keydar, Adv. pursued their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law and Government from Reichman University, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. After completing their undergraduate studies, they obtained a certification as a Lawyer from The Israel Bar Association in November 2014.
