Arvind Shajapurkar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering operations and management, currently serving as Associate Vice President at Rishabh Engineering Services since December 2020. Previously, Arvind was Head of Engineering Operations at Rishabh Software, leading engineering service operations. Arvind has held significant roles including Head of Engineering at Shiva Engineering Services and General Manager at Quanta Process Solutions Pvt. Ltd., as well as HOD for the Piping discipline at SNC-Lavalin, contributing to various Oil & Gas projects. Arvind's earlier experience includes serving as Head of Special Projects at Larsen & Toubro Integrated Engineering Services, where project management and business development were key responsibilities, and a managerial role at Mazagon Dock Ltd., focusing on marine structure design. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a course in Piping Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
