Emma Russell

Emma Russell has had a long and varied career in Human Resources, starting with a role as HR Executive at Bell Educational Services Ltd in 2013. Emma then worked as an HR Adviser at English Heritage from 2014 to 2015, followed by a role as an HR Business Partner at Local World Media from 2015 to 2016. In 2016, they became an HR Business Partner at Reach plc until 2018 when they moved to Jagex as Director of People Operations, Head of HR, and Senior Human Resources Business Partner. In 2021, they joined Admix as Global People Director, and in 2022 they became People Director at Risilience. Additionally, they have been a Board Trustee at CAMBRIDGE CYRENIANS LIMITED since 2017.

Emma Russell attended Anglia Ruskin University where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Emma'story. Emma then attended Watson Martin Partnership where they earned a CIPD Advanced Level 7 Diploma.
