Jestine Jennings

Jestine Jennings, MBA, LCSW has a diverse background in social work and leadership roles in various organizations. Jestine served as the Vice President of Juvenile Youth & Family Programs at Rising Ground. Prior to that, they held positions at Family and Children's Association, Sheltering Arms, Boys Town, Jewish Child Care Association, and Avalon Housing, Inc., where they worked in roles such as Clinical Director, Assistant Vice President, and Therapeutic Social Worker, demonstrating their expertise in managing programs, overseeing residential services, and providing therapeutic services to youth and families.

Jestine Jennings holds a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from Western Carolina University (2006-2010), a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Michigan (2011-2012), and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the State University of New York at Oswego (2015-2017). Jestine also obtained additional certifications as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in 2018 and as a Social Work Practice Fellow in 2022.
