Matthew Pasternack

Matthew Pasternack, M.S.Ed, currently serves as the Associate HRIS Team Lead for Benefits, Leave, and Workers' Compensation at Rising Ground, where responsibilities include designing and administering employee health and welfare programs for over 2000 employees. Previous roles include HRIS and Benefits Assistant at The Child Center of NY, where Matthew ensured benefits accuracy and managed leave-of-absence requests. Prior experience includes positions at Fordham University, Trader Joe's, The Standard, Jewish Board of Family and Children's Services, Girl Scouts Heart of the Hudson, Starbucks, Our World Neighborhood Charter Schools, and Bank Street College, encompassing various HR functions, benefits administration, training development, and compliance.
