Zariana Vitti

Zariana Vitti is a seasoned professional in the child welfare system with extensive experience in case planning and supervision. Currently serving as a Case Planner Supervisor at Rising Ground since May 2018, Zariana oversees the case planning processes for 4-5 staff members, ensures compliance with agency policies, conducts monthly reviews, and attends court hearings as necessary. Prior to this role, Zariana worked as a Family Foster Care Case Planner, where responsibilities included providing services to youth and their families, conducting home visits, and monitoring children's well-being. Previous positions include a Youth Division Aide at the NYS Office of Children and Family Services and a Childcare Worker at Samaritan Shelter Inc. Zariana holds a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from John Jay College (CUNY) and has received recognition as Employee of the Month and Student Employee of the Year during academic tenure.
