As Rising’s Chief Growth Officer, David spearheads our client acquisition and retention strategies, drives market expansion, and leads the company’s high-performing sales and account services teams. A seasoned executive, his experience spans more than 30 years of senior leadership roles in workers’ compensation, healthcare, and technology sectors.

Prior to joining Rising, David served as Chief Sales Officer at MyMatrixx, a leading pharmacy benefit management firm in the workers’ compensation space. Throughout his career, he has held pivotal positions in sales, marketing, and operations, consistently delivering growth through strategic partnerships and customer-centric innovation.

David earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Florida State University.
