Sharath Palam

Sharath Palam has a diverse work experience in various industries. Sharath began their career as a Process Improvement Intern at Hyundai Motor India Ltd in 2014, where they were involved in preparing reports and charts for time studies, monitoring key performance indicators, and collaborating on optimizing metal transfer processes. In 2016, they interned as a Supply Chain Intern at \\\\ Loomia, where they evaluated application methods for conductive ink and analyzed experimental data on the conductive ink formula.

From 2017 to 2022, Sharath worked at Innogenix Inc., initially as a Regulatory Affairs and QA Associate. In this role, they were responsible for managing labeling and pharmacovigilance of products, as well as collaborating on eCTD submission projects with QA and QC teams. Later, they transitioned to becoming a Supply Chain Coordinator, where they categorized raw materials, determined annual budgets, and developed S&OP strategies to ensure on-time service levels.

In 2022, Sharath joined WSAudiology as an Inventory Analyst, where they were responsible for analyzing inventory data and optimizing stock levels. Currently, they are employed at Rising Pharmaceuticals as a Project Specialist, focused on new product launches.

Sharath Palam received their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. After completing their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial Engineering at New York University from 2015 to 2017.
