Jeff Herrera has over 25 years of experience in property and facility management within the real estate industry. Currently serving as Asset Manager and Impact Director at Rising Realty Partners since October 2015, Jeff is involved in creating world-class commercial properties through impact-focused strategies. Prior experience includes roles as Senior General Manager at Rising Realty Partners, Property Manager at Douglas Emmett, and Property Manager at The Ratkovich Company. Jeff began a career in facility management at DreamWorks Animation, where responsibilities spanned from January 1997 to September 2006.
