Julia Zhu

Julia Zhu is the VP of Accounting and Reporting at Rising Realty Partners. Julia has over 10 years of experience in the accounting and finance industry. Prior to their current position, they worked as a Senior Associate at CIM Group, LP from July 2008 to November 2013 where they were responsible for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation, investment IRR model calculation and verification, and preparing and distributing financial reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis in accordance with GAAP.

Julia is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Julia holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California.

Julia Zhu works with Fredo Vita - Director, Concierge Services, Scott C. Word - Principal, Industrial Investments, and Kayce Hawk - EVP, Property Management. Julia Zhu reports to Christopher C. Rising, Co-Founder & CEO.
