Nathaniel Yip

Nathaniel is an acquisitions analyst and is a part of the industrial acquisitions team at Rising Realty Partners. As an analyst, Nathaniel supports the team by underwriting deals throughout the US, collaborating with brokers, conducting due diligence investigations, and more in order to guide prospective deal flow into successful closings.

Prior to working at Rising, Nathaniel was a senior investment analyst with Marcus & Millichap, where he underwrote various asset types and performed market research to develop broker’s opinion of values (BOVs) and offering memorandums (OM) for hundreds of properties with over a combined value of $1 billion in closings.

Nathaniel received his bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance and operations from the University of California, Irvine. He also has an active California Real Estate Salesperson license.

Nathaniel’s personal interests includes cooking, trying new restaurants, going to the gym, and taking care of his munchkin cat (Salem!).
