Shivam Chawla

Shivam Chawla is a Senior Software Engineer at Rising Team since July 2023, focusing on enhancing team engagement and success. Previously, Shivam served as a Teaching Assistant at UC San Diego and completed a Front End Internship at Meta, where a scheduling automation framework for data center decommissions was developed using ReactJS and PHP, delivered ahead of schedule. Shivam’s earlier experience includes roles at Western Digital, where significant contributions were made to improve SSD performance and latency management through various engineering projects and team leadership. Shivam holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from UC San Diego and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology.
