Tanya Herrgott

Tanya Herrgott is currently the Chief Design Officer at Rising Team, where Tanya is the founding designer of the team development platform. Prior to this role, Tanya has held various design positions at companies such as Glassdot, Nextdoor, Facebook, Hot Studio, and Avenue A -Razorfish. Tanya has a background in psychology from the University of San Diego and has extensive experience in user experience, product design, and team leadership. Throughout their career, Tanya has collaborated with industry experts, managed design teams, and led the creative direction on a variety of projects for well-known clients.
