Esther Alix

Esther Alix currently serves as the Director of Individual Giving and Operations at Union Settlement, a position held since March 2025, where responsibilities include leading strategies in individual giving and donor stewardship to enhance organizational sustainability. Esther also operates as an Independent Consultant since November 2022, providing expertise in nonprofit fundraising strategies. Previous roles include Director of Philanthropic Engagement at Cause Effective, where management of fundraising efforts and consultations was key, and Director of Development at Sadie Nash Leadership Project, focusing on innovative revenue generation strategies. Esther has extensive development management experience across various organizations, including Urban Resource Institute and Brooklyn Botanic Garden.
