Todd Smithline is the CEO and Founder of Bonterms, a negotiation platform focused on standard agreements for procurement and sales, since October 2021. Alongside this role, Todd serves as a Lecturer at the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, specializing in Technology Transactions and Video Game Law, and was awarded Continuing Lecturer status in 2022. Additional advisory roles include positions at Token Transit and Rising Team, while previously serving on the board of Kivuto Solutions until its acquisition by Valsoft.
