Casey Carpenter is the Core Guide and Facilitator/Executive Coach Pilot Program at Chief. Casey is also the CEO & Founder of Speak & Own It Communications LLC. With a background in sales coaching, executive training, and public speaking, Casey specializes in empowering executives to use their voice effectively. Casey is a respected member of The C-Suite Network and has served on the National Speakers Association Board of Directors. Additionally, Casey has organized important conversations on diversity and inclusion, and led keynote programs on fostering an inclusive workplace. Casey holds various coaching and training certificates, along with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish Language and Literature.
