Tatiana Quaife is an accomplished marketing professional and founder of Rising Women, a coaching and mentoring organization dedicated to inspiring women leaders, currently active since January 2024. Prior to this, Tatiana held the position of Director of Regional Marketing at Airbnb, overseeing marketing strategies across the Americas, EMEA, APAC, and China from July 2021 to December 2023. Tatiana's extensive experience includes significant roles at The Walt Disney Company, where responsibilities ranged from Director of Marketing Strategy at Disneyland Resort to leading marketing initiatives for Disney Cruise Line, emphasizing growth marketing and consumer engagement. Early career experience includes strategic roles at Procter & Gamble as Brand Manager and sourcing positions at Cummins Inc. Tatiana holds an MBA in Consumer Marketing and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing, both from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
